Every o-ring is defined by two dimensions: the inside diameter (ID) — the inner width of the ring — and the cross section (CS), also called cord thickness. Standard cross sections such as 1.78 mm, 2.62 mm and 3.53 mm (AS568) or 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm (metric) are common across all materials, so once you know your cross section you can compare NBR, FKM and EPDM side by side.
